STUDY AND PREPARATION OF PA/ABS ALLOY

叙述了PA/ABS塑料合金的制造方法。PA/ABS塑料合金的商品化只是近几年在国外才见有报道。PA与ABS之间相容性较差,因此在制造时必须加入相容剂。此外,还需加入弹性体,以改善PA/ABS塑料合金的冲击韧性。本文列出的PA/ABS塑料合金的指标已接近或达到了日本孟山都化成公司的同类产品的指标。文中还分析了PA/ABS合金的微观相态结构的特征。

The preparation of PA/ABS alloy was described. The commercial PA/ABS alloy was not reported until recent years abroad . The compatibility between PA and ABS was weaker, hence the compatibilizer must be added in the process of preparing PA/ABS alloy. In order to increase impact ductility of PA/ABS alloy, the elastomer must be also added in. The properties of PA/ABS alloy in the paper approached or reach the similar product level made by Monsanto Kasei Industuy Company in Japan. The micromorphological structure of PA/ABS alloy was also discussed.
