陈云的领导用人思想是一个完整的体系,包括领导用人的“情势”论、资源论、“伯乐”论、激励论等。陈云的领导用人思想具有实践性、阶级性、系统性和科学性等特点。
Chen Yun's views on leaders' selection of people constitute a complete system which includes the viewpoints of the situation, resources, Bole, incentive, etc in selecting people. They feature practicality, class character, and systematic and scientific nature.
