本文分析了在新形势下高校党团共建工作中存在的问题与新时期传统党团管理模式面临的挑战。就如何在学生社区中建立党、团组织,从组织建设、制度建设、队伍建设、阵地建设四方面探讨了社区党团共建新的管理模式。为新形势下,高校开创党团共建工作新局面提供借鉴。

This paper analyses the problems existing in Party-League joint building in colleges and universities under new circumstances, as well as the challenges that the traditional Party-League management model is facing during the new period. At the same time, it explores a new management model for promoting Party-League joint building in terms of the organization, system, contingent and front, so as to push Party-League joint building in colleges and universities to a new high.
