Efforts to Build the Harmonious Countryside by Mediating Rural Disputes

当前农村存在合同纠纷、财产权纠纷、人身权纠纷、婚姻家庭纠纷、农村土地承包经营权纠纷等法律纠纷,这些纠纷严重危害农村的和谐发展。构建和谐农村就必须从化解农村法律纠纷入手,加大普法力度,增强农民法律意识;充分发挥基层人民调解制度在化解法律纠纷中的作用;进一步落实司法为民措施,及时有效化解法律纠纷;着力打造信用农村。

Presently, there are the disputes of the contract, property right, personal right, marriage and family, and land contractual management right in rural areas. These disputes are seriously affecting the harmonious development of the countryside. In order to build the harmonious countryside, we must, starting with efforts to mediate such disputes, enhance farmers＇ law awareness, bring the role of the people＇s mediation system into full play in settling the disputes, decide on the specific measures in administration of justice for the people, and create the credit countryside.
