摘要
研究了新型偶联剂(XOL-4)用于不同填料的效果。选用滑石粉、CaCO_3、SBS三种不同类型的填料,以不同用量的XOL-4进行表面处理来填充树脂,考察了所得填充体系的拉伸强度、弯曲弹性模量、热变形温度等性能,同时与钛酸酯偶联剂和铝酸酯偶联剂进行了比较。
The treating effects of new coupling agent XOL -4 on different fillers were studied. Resins were filled with three different kinds of fillers: talc, CaCO3 and SBS which surfaces were treated with different quantity of XOL-4. The tensile strength, the flexural modulus of elasticity and the heat deformation temperature etc. of the filled system were investigated, and XOL-4 was compared with titanate and aluminate coupling agents.
