摘要
本文在对活性炭吸附性能与其微晶结构关系研究的基础上,指出制取优质煤基活性炭的根本途径在于控制煤的炭化过程,使炭化物成为各向同性、难石墨化、无定形炭结构为主的炭素前驱体,并应根据不同煤的矿物组成特性,对煤(或炭化物、活性炭)进行经济、有效的深度脱灰。综述了煤炭深度脱灰及与制活性炭有关的煤炭化过程的研究现状。
Wider applications and increasing demand of activated carbon have been promoting synthesis of activated carbon from coal──a richer resource of carbonaceous matter in nature than lignin feedstocks. On the bases of investigating the relationship between adsorption capacity and microstructure of activated carbon,it is concluded that the approaches to improve the quality of activated carbon lie in controlling over the carbonization by which an isotropic,nongraphitizable and amorphous precursor is produced,and removing inorganic matter from coal,char or activated carbon as much as possible.A literature survey of the state of the art concerned with the coal carbonization and removal of minerals from coal is also conducted.
