An Analysis of the Essence of Employment Relation in Individually-run Enterprises

目前,对民营企业中雇佣关系的认识还存在局限性,民营经济中资本与雇佣劳动之间的矛盾运动,本质上是对立统一的辩证关系,民营企业中雇佣关系的本质,表现为雇主与雇工之间的相倚性有效合作和资源性交换关系。

There exists a limitation of understanding with regard to the employment relation in individually-run enterprises. The contradictory motion between capital and the employed labour in individually-run enterprises exists in essence as a dialectical relation of unity of opposites, and the essence of the employment relation is shown as mutual independence in effective cooperation and interchange in resources.
