摘要
本文选用MMA和BA为接技单体,对SBS进行溶液接枝共聚改性,并配合增粘树脂制备了贴塑胶。探讨了单体用量、引发剂用量和反应温度对接枝共聚反应的影响,并用红外光谱验证了接枝共聚物的存在,阐述了溶剂和增粘树脂的选用原则。试验结果表明.该胶对纸/BOPP的复合具有良好的粘接强度。
SBS was modified by MMA and BA solution graft copolymetization, and was mixed with tackifierto achieve the adhesives which were especially for paper/BOPP laminations.The graft copolymerizationwas dependent upon the contents of monomer and y initiator, reaction temperature, etc.The existence the of the graft copolymer was proven by infrared spectroscopy. Principles of selectingsolvent and tackifier were described. Research showed that the adhesive can result in the excellent peelstrength of paper/BOPP lamination.
