血小板微颗粒与特发性血小板减少性紫癜的关系

摘要 血小板是骨髓中巨核细胞胞质脱落下来的小块,表面有完整的细胞膜.血小板体积甚小,直径2~40 μm,呈双凸扁盘状;当受到机械或化学刺激时,则伸出突起,呈不规则形.在血涂片中,血小板常呈多角形,聚集成群.血小板中央部分有着蓝紫色的颗粒,称颗粒区(granulomere);周边部呈均质浅蓝色,称透明区(hyalomere).细胞微颗粒也称为微囊泡,是各类细胞遭受一系列应激(包括凋亡)时从细胞浆膜囊泡上自发脱落的浆膜片段.
