摘要
本文利用酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳,对青篱竹族中的八属十六种竹子进行分类上的探讨。实验结果表明少穗竹属、苦竹属和巴山木竹属三者与青篱竹属亲缘关系密切,同时作者认为同工酶研究是解决竹子分类中存在问题的一条相当可靠的捷径。
In this paper, 16 species of 8 genera in the tribe Arundinarieae were systematically studied by means of polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis of easterase and peroxidase isozymes.The results indicate that Oligostachyum, Pleioblastus and Bashania have a close relationship with Arundinaria, and that comparison of isozymes was a reliable short-cut to bamboo classification, especially under the generic level.
