Determination of Fluocinonide in Vitamin B_6 and Fluocinonide Cream by HPLC

目的:采用HPLC法测定氟轻松维B6乳膏中醋酸氟轻松的含量。方法:以炔诺酮为内标,采用DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),以乙腈-甲醇-水(10∶55∶35)为流动相,检测波长240nm。结果:醋酸氟轻松在2.06～8.24μg.mL-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.4%,RSD<2%(n=9)。结论:本法简便,精密度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠。

Objective：An HPLC method was developed for the determination of fluocinonide in Vitamin B,; and Fluocinonide Cream. Methods ： Norethisterone as the internal standard, The HPLC system consisted of Diamonsilr^TM C18 （4.6mm × 200mm, 5μm）column,acetonitrile-methanol-water（10 ： 55 ： 35） as mobile phase,flow rate was 1, 0mL · min^-1 with UV detection at 240nm. Results：Within 2.06-8.24μg · mL^-1,fluocinonide had a good linearity（r=0. 9999）. The mean recovery of fluocinonide was 102.42% ,RSD less than 2% （n=9）, Conclution：The method is simple and reproducible, The results were reliable and accurate.
