摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法,测定热毒清锭中延胡索乙素的含量。方法:色谱柱为AgilentHypersilODS柱(4.0×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH至6.0)(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长282nm。结果:延胡索乙素在2～10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率99.7%,RSD=2.78%(n=5)。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Reduqing Pastille by HPLC. Methods：The analysis was carried on a column of ODS-C18 （4.0 × 250mm, 5μm）with a mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphate acid（adjusted to pH6.0 by triethylamine） （60 ： 40）,and the UV detection wavelength was 282nm. Results：The linear relationof Tetrahydropalmatine was excellent within the range of 2-10μg（r=O. 9999,n=5）,and the mean recovery was 99.7% with RSD= 2. 78% （n = 5）. Conclusion ：The method is simple ,accurate ,and highly sensitive.
