公司、企业“内部人犯罪”具有犯罪主体特殊性、犯罪手段复杂多样性、严重的社会危害性等特点。应该从完备我国刑法罪名体系、加大对私有财产保护力度、改革我国的资格刑制度等方面来完善我国的相关立法,以更好地预防和打击公司、企业“内部人犯罪”。

The “Insider Crime” in companies or enterprises is characterized by its speciality of the crime subject,the complexity of itscriminal means and the severity of its social damage. Measures should be taken by perfecting the categories of crime names, strengthening the protection of private property and reforming the system of qualification penalties to perfect our relevant legislation and in the long run to serve the purpose of preventing and combating the “Insider Crimes” in companies or enterprises.
