Fiberoptic Ductoscopy Findings in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的:观察纤维乳管内视镜(FDS)下乳腺癌的特征性影像表现,评价FDS在诊断乳腺癌中的价值.方法:对1999年9月～2004年3月收治的10例乳腺癌(病理证实)行FDS检查,观察乳腺癌在镜下特征性表现.结果:乳腺癌在镜下表现出多种特征性改变,镜下诊断乳腺癌7例、导管扩张症3例,病理诊断与FDS符合率达70%.结论:当乳管内出现乳腺癌特征性改变时,FDS诊断准确性较高.

Objective：To observe the specific image of breast cancer with fiberoptic ductoscopy （FDS） and to evaluate the role of FDS in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods：10 patients with confirmed breast cancer hospitalized from September, 1999 to March,2004 underwent FDS examimation. Specific imagings were recorded and analyzed. Results：With fiberoptic ductoscopy,breast cancer showed various characteristic images;of these 10 patients,7 were diagnosed with mammary adenocarcinoma and the other 3 had mammary duct ectasia. FDS produced a conformity of 70% with pathological diagnosis. Conclusions：When characteristic signs occurred in mammary duct,a high diagnostic accuracy could be achieved with FDS.
