摘要
在满足测量牛顿环的条件下,利用数码相机和计算机图像处理的功能,实现大视场显微数码测量牛顿环,测量结果的精确程度和置信度等于甚至优于用读数显微镜测量结果.
According to the requirement of measuring the Newton ring, a large visual filed micro-measurement based on digital camera and digital image processing of computer is realized. The accuracy and consideration is better than reading micro measurement.
