我国海洋生物资源极为丰富,物种种类繁多,是我国海洋经济发展的物质基础.近20年来沿海经济发展引起日益严重的环境污染.过度采捕、围海造田和滩涂开发已严重影响了我国海洋生物资源的可持续利用.应采取包括法规建设、污染治理、保护物种多样性、发展远洋渔业及可转让的捕捞证制度等各种措施,保证我国海洋资源的可持续利用.

China is rich in living marine biology resources and marine biodiversity, which is the material foundation of ocean economy development. In the past 20 years, the great development in the coastal areas has caused more and more serious environmental pollution. Over-fish and catch, enclose tideland forcultivation have greatly affected the sustainable utilization and exploitation of ocean biology resources. To protect the sustainable utilization and exploitation of ocean biology resources, all measures must be adopted including law establishment, pollution administration, biodiversity protection, the promotion of ocean fishery and fishery license.
