摘要
构筑文化管理格局下的企业自身的形象大厦,是我国企业生存和可持续发展的唯一选择。为此,笔者从文化管理对企业形象塑造的四点要求出发,论述了企业形象的科学内涵,提出了企业形象塑造的基本原则,阐明了企业形象文化塑造六方面的主要内容。
Creating the enterprise image under the cultural administration is the only choice for the survival and sustainable development of our enterprises. From the perspectives of four points of requirements for the creation of the enterprise image put forward by the cultural administration, this paper discusses the scientific connotations of the enterprise image, points out the basic principles for creating the enterprise image and demonstrates the six main contents for creating the enterprise image.
