Putting knowledge management into practice to upgrade the core competence of small-and-medium-size enterprises in the less developed regions

论文采用典型调查的方式,分析了欠发达地区中小企业核心能力缺乏的现状,认为其关键原因在于知识(尤其是隐性知识和企业外部知识)转化和共享不足造成的知识积累缓慢,并提出了针对企业实际明确中心、突出重点有效实施知识管理提升核心能力的对策思路。

The thesis analyzes the condition of the lack of the core competence of the small - and - medium - sized enterprises in the less developed regions, through making research into the typical cases, pointing out that the basic reason for the lack of the core competence is slow knowledge accumulation caused by insufficient knowledge transition and sharing （especially recessive knowledge and enterprises＇ exterior knowledge）. To upgrade enterprises＇ core competence, the thesis suggests that enterprises should bring the knowledge management into effect by making the main problem clear and protroding the key points according to the reality.
