摘要
从理论、装置、设计等几方面论述了空气分离膜富氧过程。并对应用于炉气成分调节的膜分离系统的基本操作参数和经济性进行丁分析。结果表明:采用国产LTV—PS富氧膜,在膜面积为530m^2时,单级可以获得每小时制取1 t100%H_2SO_4所需的30%浓度富氧的空气,对低品位硫铁矿而言,其投产回收期约为4年。
The theory,equipment and design of the oxygen enrichment device based on membrane separation of air are described and the normal operation parameters and economics for the device applied to conditioning roaster gas are analyzed. When an oxygen enrichment device with a membrane area of 530m2 is used, the oxygen-enriched air containing 30% O2 is obtained through a single separation stage to provide for a 1 t/h H2SO4 plant roasting low-grade pyrite and the payout is about 4 years.
