介绍硫铁矿烧渣重选法制铁精粉过程中,精矿矿浆经过三级沉降,尾矿矿浆经过四级沉降,使选矿用水可循环使用,完全满足工艺的要求,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

In the manufacture of refined iron powder from pyrite cinder by re-dressing process, dressing water was recirculated after 3-stage settling of refined iron sludge and 4-stage settling of tails sludge. The recirculated water satisfactorily met process requirement and good economic benefits were obtained.
