乳腺导管原位癌临床诊治分析(附6例报告) 被引量：7

摘要 导管原位癌(导管内癌,ductal carcinoma in situ, DCIS)为乳腺非浸润癌,无特异性诊断方法,DCIS诊断率的不断提高依赖于检查手段的发展及全面的病理检查.2003年7月～2005年4月我院收治乳腺导管原位癌6例,临床表现以乳房肿物或乳头溢液,全组均行手术治疗,改良根治术4例,保乳手术2例.术后病理:原位癌1例,导管内癌5例(病变为多灶性者1例),腋窝淋巴结均未见癌转移,6例随访4个月～2年,平均12月,无肿瘤复发及转移.DCIS的治疗以保乳手术为主,术后辅助局部放疗及内分泌治疗,高危病例应予以全身化疗.
