共混条件对HPVC/PP共混物力学性能、形态和流变性能的影响

摘要 本文考察了加料方式、共混温度和时间等共混条件对HPVC/PP共混物力学性能、形态和流变性能的影响.对HPVC50/PP50/CPE10共混物采用7种加料方式,对HPVC50/PP50/ABS10共混物采用2种加料方式来分别考察加料方式的影响;采用B加料方式,分别在160、170和180℃共混,考察温度的影响;在B加料方式170℃时分别共混2、5、10、15min,考察共混时间的影响.结果表明,采用CPE预先与HPVC共混后再与PP共混的加料方式,所得共混物具有最佳的综合力学性能,共混物组分分散最细微;共混温度以170℃为宜;共混时间以5min恰当.加料方式也影响共混物的熔体粘度,CPE或ABS先与HPVC共混后再与PP共混的共混物,其η_α高于CPE或ABS先与PP共混后再与HPVC共混的共混物η_α. In this paper the influence of blending conditions,such as adding mode,blending temperature and time,on the mechanical properties,morphology and rheological properties of HPVC/PP blends was investigated. The influence of adding mode on HPVC50/PP50/CPE10 and HPV50/PP50/ABS10 blends was investigated by 7 and 2 adding modes respectively. The influence of temperature on the blend was investigated by means of B adding mode at 160,170 and 180℃;the influence of time on the blend was investigated by means of B mode at 170℃ for 2,5,10 and 15 min. The results showed when CPE was blended first with HPVC and then with PP,the blend had the best synergetic mechanical properties, and the components of the blend were dispersed in the finest state;the best blending temperature and time were 170癈 and 5 min. The adding mode had also influence on the melt viscosity ( ) of the blend :the of the blend in which CPE or ABS was blended first with HPVC, and then with PP was higher than that of the blend in which CPE or ABS was blended first with PP and then with HPVC.
