近年来围绕党的执政能力建设这一时代命题,理论界出现了一批引人瞩目的学术成果。有的着重探讨执政能力的概念和内涵,有的分析了执政能力建设提出的背景以及意义,还有的学者就如何加强党的执政能力建设展开深入研究。对这些成果进行系统的归纳整理不仅有利于研究的进一步深化,而且有利于推动全党执政能力建设的开展。

About the era subject-the abilities of adrninistration of CPC, some important academic achievements appear in theory field. Some of them prove into the concept and meaning, some analyse the background and effects, others discuss deeply how to strengthen the abilities of administration of CPC. Organizing systematacially these academic achievements is not only favourable for improving the study further but also diving the abilities of administratition construction of CPC.
