苎麻阳离子改性的研究(一)——纤维改性剂CM的合成

A Study oa Cationic Modification of Ramie Synthesis of Fibre Modifier CM (Ⅰ)

以叔胺和环氧氯丙烷为原料合成纤维改性剂CM。建立了用HPLC或萃取测定合成转化率的方法,确定了最佳合成工艺。萃取法测定的叔胺合成转化率为90％左右。

In this study, fiber modifier CM was prepared by a tertiary amine and epichlorohydrin. The determining system using HPLC and extraction was established to monitor the transformation rate to obtain the optimum synthetic process. The transformation rate of tertiary amine consumed in the synthesizing adopted in this paper was approximately 90% by extracting method.
