The poetic perspectives of Su Shi's poems

苏轼虽无注解《诗经》的著作,称不得《诗》学之大家,但其论《诗》独出己见,切中流弊,强调近于人情,辨于比兴,深观其意,通而不偏,涉及创作主体、创作手法、解读鉴赏与文学批评等重要问题,对后世诗学产生了一定影响,在《诗经》研究史上,自有其不容忽略的价值和意义。

Su Shi did not write any books to make notes for Shijing （ the Book of Songs）, so he is not called a master of the Shijing Studies. But his perspectives of Shijing were original and hit the evil .social practices. He emphasized the respect of humanism and made a distinction between Bi and Xing（ two poetic writing methods）. He had a deep understanding of its meanings and held an unbiased attitude towards the two methods. His perspectives involved the writing subjects, methods, appreciation and literary criticism, having exerted great influences upon the later poetics. So his perspectives have had the values and significances that can never be ignored in the history of the researches of Shijing Studies.
