The Establishment of a Flexible Supply Chain in Collaborative Partnerships

在竞争激烈的现代市场环境中,协作伙伴之间的关系具有很大的不确定性,它随着市场的变化而变化,具有动态的特征。传统的供应链不能适应这样的市场动态特征,而敏捷供应链正是强调了这样的动态特征,这种对市场变化以及用户需求做出快速响应的能力。文章在供应链协作伙伴关系建立过程的基础上,从敏捷供应链的特点出发,提出了敏捷供应链中企业之间协作伙伴关系的建立过程以及建立协作伙伴关系时应注意的问题,从而促进我国敏捷供应链管理的发展。

In the ever competitive modem market, collaborative partnerships are of high uncertainty as they change dynamically according to the market dynamics. Traditional supply chain cannot accommodate such market dynamics, but flexible supply chain caters to such feature with quick response to market changes and customer needs. This paper discusses the establishment of a collaborative partnership, and proposes that in its foundation some issues that deserve attention.
