扩招后大学生心理素质教育策略试探

The Probe On the Tactics of the Education of Psychological Competence of Colleges and Universities

目前大学生在心理素质教育上存在着以下几方面的缺失:一是缺乏明显有效的针对学生不良心理的长效应对机制,二是在指导学生的过程中缺乏对学校、社会、家庭全方位的观照系统,三是缺乏提高学生心理素质的超前意识。该文对以上缺失提出了相应的弥补策略。

It is a very serious problem for all the colleges and universities that how to cultivate the students with high competence after enlarging enrolling students. The psychological competence is one of the very important multiple competence for students. For a long time, our colleges and universities have paid more attention training the other competences of students than their psychological competence. This paper thinks that colleges and universities,weakness is： being short of the long effect answering mechnism for students unhealthy psychology, short of all- round observation system to families - societies - colleges or universities, short of exceeding consciousness of improving students, psychological competence. This paper has gaven the corresponding remedy tactics.
