Present Situation of Liver Transplant and Prevention from Complications

目的:探讨肝移植的可行性,适应症;禁忌症及术后并发症防治。方法:对国内、外文献进行归纳、分析和总结。结果:肝移植数量和质量逐年提高,手术并发症逐年下降,存活率逐年提高。结论:国内肝移植已进入国际先进行列,终末期肝硬化是目前肝移植的首要适应症;活体肝移植解决供肝不足导致患者在等待肝移植时死亡的问题,特别适应儿童肝移植。

Objectives： To discuss the feasibility, indication, contraindication, and prevention complication of the liver transplant. Methods： To review, analyze and summarize the related literatures at home and abroad. Results： The quality and quantity of liver transplant had been increased year by year, and the complications had been decreased, the survival rate had increased year after year. Conclusion： The liver transplant operation in domestic has achieved the international advanced level and the most indication is late heptosclerosis.
