The Establishment and Implementation of New Development Outlook of Science and Research of the CCP During the Anti-Japanese War

抗日战争时期,在民族矛盾上升为国内主要矛盾的前提下,中国共产党为了使边区和根据地成为夺取抗日战争胜利的稳固后方,初步确立了马克思主义科技发展观并采取了诸多措施促进科学技术的发展,有力地促进了抗战救国的实现,也为科技的进一步发展积累了经验。

During the Anti- Japanese War, with the premise of the principal contradiction with the nation, the CCP established the Marxist scientific development outlook and implemented a great deal of measures to promote the scientific development with the aim to make the border region a stable and strong rear. These measures promoted the realization of saving the nation by resisting aggression, at the same time, accumulating the experience for the further development of science and technology.
