摘要
企业文化决定着企业的经营绩效,制约着企业的生存发展。随着经济全球化的展开,培育企业文化在我国已不仅是个重要的理论问题,更是个紧迫的实践问题。本文根据所掌握的资料,力求从理论与实践的结合上对培育企业文化做一探讨。
Enterprise culture determines the achievement of enterprises and restricts the survival of enterprises. In our country, cultivating enterprise culture is not only a question in theory but also a question in practice. This article manages to have a discussion of how to cultivate enterprise culture both in theory and practice.
