摘要
本文在描述物业管理企业风险内涵的基础上,对物业管理企业可能遭遇的风险进行了分类,并根据风险的来源提出了相应的防范措施。
Based on the connotation of risk of property management enterprise, the article classifies the risks which property management enterprise may meet with, and provides measures according＇to the origins of risk.
