随着现代企业的进一步发展,企业规模不断扩大,由此产生了企业所有者管理才能与企业资产的不对称,所有者无法有效率的经营企业,继而导致了企业所有权与经营权的分离。本文主要研究两权分离后产生的委托代理关系中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了解决方案。

With the further development of modern enterprises, it is certain that enterprises are expanding. The ones that have produced the enterprise owner and could manage with enterprise＇ s assets are asymmetric, and owner＇s management enterprises unable to be efficient. These cause enterprise＇ s ownership to separate from power of management. This article studies mainly problem existing of the agent relation that produce after research two right separate and points proposition solution.
