摘要
本文从正确理解ERP、由专业的软件公司定制ERP系统、切合企业实际情况不要盲目赶“时髦”、ERP的实施需要经验丰富的咨询公司的积极参与、ERP需要企业全体员工参与五个方面讨论了企业如何成功导入ERP推进信息化建设。
The ERP has already become the foundation of the enterprises＇ survival and development in the information ages. So it is necessary for the enterprises to reasonably distribute the resources and to create the social wealth with the highest limit. From five aspects this paper has discussed how enterprises successfully introduce ERP to develop information construction do.
