On the Evolvement of China's Intellectual Property Protection

本文试图从中国的历史进程角度论述中国知识产权立法的被动性与滞后性的原因,从而阐明民主来之不易,应该将维护智力成果创造权的斗争进行到底。

It is explained from a historic view in the paper the reason for the laggard legislation over intellectual property in China. Also the paper stresses the importance to carry out to the end the battle against the intellectual property violation.
