摘要
本文通过问卷调查和座谈调查的方式,对我院人力资源管理专业04届毕业生及8家用人单位进行了调查,听取了毕业生和用人单位对我院人力资源管理专业建设的意见及建议,并对调查结果进行了分析与总结,为深化我院人力资源管理专业的专业建设与改革提供了现实依据。
This paper carried on the investigation to 2004' s graduates who major in the human resources management in our institute and 8 employment units by the way of questionnaire and informal discussion investigation, and listened to their opinions and suggestions, and had a analysis and summary on the investigation results, which offered the realistic basis for deepening the construction and reform of the human resources management major in our institute.
