腹腔镜探查腹部外伤的应用体会

The application of laparoscopic exploration in abdominal injuries

目的:总结腹腔镜探查术在腹部外伤中应用的经验。方法:回顾分析2003年1月至2004年8月因腹部外伤选择腹腔镜探查术35例患者的临床资料。结果:全组治愈。28例发现腹内脏器损伤,其中8例中转开腹。平均手术时间70m in,平均住院时间7.6d。结论:腹腔镜探查可早期明确创伤情况,并可避免不必要的开腹手术,减轻了患者的痛苦。

Objective： To summarize the applicative experience of laparoscopic exploration in abdominal injuries. Methods： From Jan. 2003 to Aug. 2004,35 patients with abdominal injuries had accepted laparoscopic exploration. Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results ：28 cases were discovered that the internal organs were injured in the belly ,8 cases were changed open operation. The mean operation time was 70 minutes. The mean hospitalization time was 7.6 days. Conclusions：Laparoscopic exploration in abdominal injuries make definite the wound situation, can avoid unnecessary abodomen operation, and decrease the suffering of patients.
