On Double Contexts of Practical Writing

语言环境和语体风格与应用文语用行为密切相关、对语用目的实现有重要的制约作用,写作者要充分认识其构成、特点及对写作的影响。写作时,不仅要考虑写作者语境、文本语境、交际语境、社会语境,还要充分考虑接受语境;不仅要把握一般语体风格特征,还要考虑不同文体的具体特征。

Language context and speech style are closely related with practical writing, and constrain the realization of the purpose of language using. In order to write a perfect and decent practical document, the writer has to consider not only the con- text of style, communication situation, social environment, but also the context of receivers. The writer should also consider the general speech style, and the special speech style that meets the demand of specific purpose as well.
