坚持科学的发展观 办一流高职院校的几点思考

Reflections on Persisting in the Scientific Developmental Viewpoint and Establishing A First Class Higher Vocational College

创建一流高职院校,必须坚持科学的发展观,必须从办学定位等八个方面系统地开展建设,才能培养出高水平、高素质、高能力的技能人才,才能办出让人民满意的高职院校。

This paper deals with how to establish a first-class higher vocational college. Combined with the practice in running Yangzhou Polytechnic College, it argues that it＇s necessary to persist in the scientific developmental viewpoint and systematically promote the construction from eight aspects, including orientation for setting up a college. Only by accomplishing the mentioned above can we manage to train the technical personnel with high level, high quality and high ability so as to found a satisfying college.
