Overall Development of the Individual Virtue in Economic Globalization

经济全球化作为人类社会经济发展的必然结果,已经产生了重大影响。从微观层面出发研究个体的伦理价值在当今社会尤为重要。应从三个方面探讨个人在经济全球化进程中的伦理向度,即:追求基于客观存在的真、出于主观努力的善以及追求和谐共生的美。通过这些方面,研究应如何全面提升个体的德性,以更加理性地面对经济全球化的挑战,为实现人类的可持续发展发挥应有的作用。

As an inevitable outcome of the economic growth of the human society, economic globalization has shown its very important impacts. The aim of this paper is to explore how to promote the individual virtue comprehensively from seeking the true based on objective being, the good based on subjective efforts and the beautiful based on harmony, so as to face the challenges of economic globalization much more rationally and develop its functions for the sustainable development of the mankind.
