碲对白口铸铁和冷硬铸铁组织和性能的影响

Influence of Tellurium on Structureand Properties of white and Chilled Cast Iron

通过实验,证明了碲对白口铸铁的组织和性能有良好的作用。使白口铸铁的强度和硬度提高,但韧性下降。碲增加冷硬铸铁白口层厚度和硬度,缩小麻口区,但降低灰口部分的机械性能。

Having studied on experiments of effects of tellurium on microstructure and mechanical properties of -white cast iron,results show Te plays a good role. Itincreases the s-trength and hardness as well as decreases the toughness of white cast iron.Te also raises the thickness and hardness of the chilled layer of white cast iron,reduces the area with mottle and lowers mechanical properties of the part of gray cast iron.
