摘要 通过研究大分子铬鞣助剂ECPA与皮胶原、铬鞣剂间相互作用以及ECPA助鞣的革坯铬结合牢度,探讨了ECPA的高吸收铬鞣机理。结果表明,ECPA助剂先与胶原上活性基团发生化学反应,将羧基、羟基以及氨基等基团引入胶原纤维上。在使用过程中,助剂中多种官能团与胶原及三价铬配位,使胶原对Cr3+的结合量,结合牢度提高,这些协同作用是铬鞣助剂ECPA助鞣能力强的关键。 The high exhaustion chrome tanning mechanism of ECPA auxiliary was explored by means of investigating the interaction among the auxiliary, collagen and the chrome tanning agent. The analysis of the high exhaustion chrome tanning mechanism and combining fastness of chrome indicatied that the additional carboxgl groups,hydroxyl groups and tertiary amino groups of ECPA were introduced to the backbone of collagen due to the reaction between the aldehyde groups of ECPA and collagen. When ECPA used, many function groups coordinated with collagen and chrome, which can increase the combined amount and fastness of chrome. That is the key reason contributing to the high absorption of chrome.
