摘要 本文从电极丝、工作液、伺服控制和脉冲电源控制策略等几个方面,详细分析了低速走丝电火花线切 割加工发生断丝现象的主要原因,并提出了相应的改造措施。 This paper discusses the reasons for the phenomenon of wire breakage during LS-WEDM machings and improving methods accordingly on wire-electrod, dielectric fluid, servo control, impulse power supply, etc.. This paper is based on the home and abroad documents and also on our own working experience.
