摘要
本文从新课程改革对高师课程结构的挑战与前人在课程结构研究中的缺陷出发,提出了高师课程深层结构的含义及其要素:知识课程、师德课程、实践技能课程、科学研究课程及教师专业发展课程,然后分析了这些要素之间的关系,在此基础上得出了几点启示:重视课程深层结构的优化;深层结构要素之间要同时发展,不可忽缺;构建良好的学校环境与氛围,促进教师专业发展课程的实施;注重培养学生的良好职业道德与健康人格。
From the challenge of new curriculum reform and the shortage of preceding study on curriculum structure, this article proposes the conception of deep level structure of curriculum of higher normal school and its elements, and analyses the relationship among the five elements, which include knowledge course, teacher professional morals course, practice skill course, scientific research course and teacher specialization development course. Based on the work mentioned we conclude that deep level structure optimization of curriculum should be focused on ; all the elememts of deep level structure should be developed simultaneously and should not be neglected or lack; good school environment should be constructed to promote the actualization of teacher professional morals course; training of good professional morals and healthy personality should be focused on.
