现代教育的使命就是要培养有创造能力的人才,教育学作为一门实用性较强的学科,在教学中更应该通过各种途径培养学生的创造能力,如设置民主和谐的教学气氛、正确引导和培养学生的创新意识、积极进行各种能力的训练等。

The goal of modern education is to cultivate the students with creativity. Teachers of the science of education, a practical subject in the college education, should endeavor to achieve this goal through various teaching methods. The paper presents some approaches to improve the students＇ comprehensive abilities from different angles, offers advice from the combination of many years teaching experiences and some cases of education.
