论大学生就业指导队伍专业化建设的必要性

On the Necessity of the Specialization Construction of Undergraduates Vocational Counsel Troop

本文通过对大学生就业指导队伍现状的分析,找出大学生就业指导队伍在知识结构、综合素质以及就业指导工作的内容、方式、方法等方面的不足与滞后。从国家宏观发展形势、需求上,就业指导队伍中还存在的问题等方面探讨建设一支专业化、职业化就业指导队伍的必要性,并试图寻找解决、建设这样一支队伍的途径与办法。

This thesis analyzes the present condition of undergraduates vocational counsel troop and finds deficiency and lagging of the aspects as knowledge structure, comprehensive diathesis of undergraduates vocational counsel troop and context, mode and method of vocational counsel work. Form aspects of the demands of country macroscopical development situation and the existence of many problems in the vocational counsel troop, the thesis discusses the necessity of constructing a professional and specialized vocational counsel troop. The thesis also tries to find a route and method to construct such a professional and specialized vocational counsel troop.
