摘要
以固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2作为催化剂用于水杨酸异戊酯的合成。该固体超强酸作催化剂与产品分离容易,产品后处理简单,从而简化了工艺,节约了原材料和能源,减少了废水,优于传统的硫酸催化剂。
Solid super acid catalysts, SO4^2-/ZrO2-ZiO2, are prepared and used in isoamyl salicylate. In comparison with sulfuric acid, the solid super acid catalysts show many advantages: readiness in isolating the products from the catalyst, convenience in treating the products, decrease of waste water, reduction in power consumption, and being much more economical.
