由熔剂处理铝硅合金所产生的液态渣会难以避免地进入铸型型腔,损害铸件质量;当用玻璃纤维网过滤时,这种液态渣会被滤网所捕获,从而提高合金质量.对比了几种过滤形式的过滤效果,并探讨了过滤机理.

Through SEM and EDX analyses of fractures of filtration test specimenes, it has been found that some of liquid slag caused by fluxing treatment flow unavoidably into mould cavity with molten metal stream dring pouring and harm the quality of unfilled castings. But such the liquid slags can be catched on filter with using screen filter and therefore it can improved the alloy properties.
