国外及我国港台地区学生事务工作目标研究

Study on the Objectives of the Student Affairs in Foreign Countries and Areas

西方发达国家和我国的港澳台地区,由于各自的文化背景、历史经验和管理观念的不同,他们的高校学生事务工作目标有各自的特点,本文分析了他们学生事务工作目标和特点,并指出其对我国大陆新时期做好高校学生工作的借鉴意义。

Student affairs are non-academic activities standardized and instructed to serve the students and help them develop their all-round qualities. Being the important parts of university and college affairs,they have been specialized and standardized with rules in western developed countries as well as in such Chinese areas as Hong Kong,Marco and Taiwan. Student affairs in different countries are characterized by their respective situations,experiences and management ideas. This paper analyzes the objectives and characteristics of the work on student affairs in western developed countries, especially in America. It is significant to use their experiences for reference in Chinese mainland student affairs with the new situation.
