涂装线的设计,设备的制作、安装、调试和验收是一个复杂的过程。本文就汽车零部件自动涂装生产线在前处理工艺、喷涂工艺、涂层烘干固化以及“三废”处理等工程设计与制造方面应注意的问题,提出了一些思路及建议。

It is a complicated process to completed a painting line from design to manufacture of the equipments, installation, debugging and checking. According to the long years＇ experience of the practical application of painting lines＇design and manufacture, several ideas and advices have been brought forward to solve the main problems of painting line＇ pretreatment, spray technology, baking and three-waste treatment.
