On College Moral Education from Graduates' Occupation Moral Performance

高校毕业生的不良职业道德主要表现为服务对象模糊化、敬业精神平淡化、协作精神庸俗化、效益目标分散化。分析这些问题产生的原因,在一定程度上可以归结高校环境的相对封闭性、道德教育内容的虚幻性、道德教育主体的单纯性。因而,需要积极探索高校德育环境的社会化途径,转化社会机制,改进高校与社会的衔接;把握学校定位,发挥高校在社会的作用;注重活动贯通,促进高校与社会的互动;加强传媒建设,搭建高校与社会的桥梁。

This article lists college graduate＇s various wrong occupational performance,analyzes the cause of it and points out some countermeasures to improve college moral education.
